At L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, we ship your order utilizing the safest and most dependable furniture transit method possible via our outstanding Home Delivery partners.
Basic Home Delivery Service
'Basic Home Delivery' service is L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard most economical home delivery option. Upon arrival of the merchandise in your area, a home delivery specialist will contact you to schedule a time and date for delivery. Uniformed delivery associates will deliver your boxed merchandise, and place it in the first dry area of your home or garage.
Unpacking, inspection of the product, placement in the home, assembly (if necessary), and disposal of the packaging are the responsibility of the customer. The delivery associate does not normally, and is not required to, allow time for the customer to unpack and inspect the merchandise.
Please note the procedures on accepting an order. It is very important that customer inspect the order before receiving. If he/she notices any damages on the box and/or on the pallet, please write DAMAGE on the paper work that he/she has to sign. Once customer signs for package, this means it is in his/her possession and means his/her responsibility.
White Glove Service
'White Glove' service is L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard premium delivery option, and is available on all orders. When selected, a home delivery specialist will contact you to schedule a time and date for delivery of your merchandise upon its arrival in your area. A two-man team of uniformed delivery technicians will carefully unpack your merchandise and provide basic assembly in the room of your choice. Once the set-up is complete, the delivery team will remove all packaging and debris.
White Glove service must be ordered prior to the shipment of your furniture. This service does not include moving your existing furniture, wall décor, or rugs. Please make sure that the space in which you wish your new furniture to reside is cleared and ready for your new addition(s). White Glove service does not include: plumbing or installation of vanities, or provide wiring or installation of electrical components.

If special delivery situations are present, we must be informed prior to shipment so that arrangements can be made. There may be additional time and charges involved. Special delivery situations include but are not limited to:
Canada
We will ship our furniture into Canada. We work hard to ensure your international shopping experience is pleasurable and trouble free. This includes seamlessly crossing the border, processing applicable duties and fees, and Home Delivery by one of our well established shipping partners.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge 8.75% state sales tax on California orders.
Return authorization - All Items must have a valid RA# (return authorization number) before being returned. Customer must contact L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, in writing via email or standard post service to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) prior to returning any product. Should any questions arise, it is the customer's responsibility to contact L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, for further clarifications. L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, is not responsible to credit funds of any type or contact any customer regarding items that have been returned without prior written authorization and approved return authorization number.
All of our products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. If for some reason a challenge or defect has occurred with a product, customer must contact us via email or standard post within 7 days of product delivery. L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, will arrange return shipping. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund such merchandise at L and R Eterprise, Endlessbackyard discretion. Our refund policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse, neglect, wind, weather conditions or other "Acts of God". It is the customer's responsibility to properly care for, maintain, store and safely use the products ordered. Requests to return items for any preference reason must be made in writing within 10 days of the delivery date of the item. When returning an item for any reason, the item MUST be packaged in the original carton. Items that have been scratched or dented by, set up, placement in stands, bases or tables, movement of furniture, etc., are considered un-sellable and or no longer as new condition. Un-sellable items will not be accepted for return unless there has been a clear manufacturing defect or warranty issue.
We offer a Hassel Free return policy, to include helping our customers with the return shipping costs by offering our reduced rates. Refunds for preference returned items returned in 100% resalable condition will be given for the purchase price less the shipping and handling costs incurred. We can offer our discounted rates for the return shipping, just give us a call, this includes all forms of delivery. In cases of verifiable manufacturing defect L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, will arrange for merchandise to be picked up at L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard expense. L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, reserves the right to repair or replace such merchandise at our discretion any time after delivery of the products. If it is determined on inspection that there is no defect and the product is not in 100% sellable condition, the refund amount will be prorated to reflect the current sellable state of the product and all shipping costs incurred by L and R Enterprise, Endlessbackyard, will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued within 30 days of our inspection of returned items. Should any item be refused delivery and returned without authorization, any manufacturer restocking fees of up to 25% plus all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please remember we are here to help so contact us rather than refuse delivery. Only items with proper return authorization numbers are eligible for a full purchase price refunds.
While we offer free shipping on almost our entire online selection of products, there are times when we help customers find replacement parts, additional add-ons and specialized items. At that time we may have to charge the shipping fee to get that product shipped straight to your door! There are no hidden charges; we will quote the entire order prior to taking your payment!

The limit of our liability will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase. (L and R Enterprise reserves the right to correct typographical errors.)
